Daniel Freeman
Vice President
Daniel Freeman, Vice President of iRent Solutions, brings a wealth of experience in construction, project engineering, and equipment management to his leadership role. A lifelong North Carolinian, Daniel was born and raised in Clayton, where he graduated from Clayton High School in 2008. He began his college journey at UNC Wilmington before transferring to NC State University, earning his degree in 2012.
Today, Daniel plays a key leadership role at iRent Solutions, a company focused on delivering high-quality equipment rental and fleet solutions to the construction industry. Drawing on his extensive field experience, he oversees daily operations, strategic planning, and customer relationships, helping to streamline processes and drive growth. His passion for eQiciency and deep understanding of equipment management make him a strong asset to the iRent team and its clients.
Daniel lives in North Carolina with his wife, who he married in 2016. They have two daughters: Everley, born in 2021, and Brinley, born in 2024.
Tim Reardon
Fleet Manager
Meet Tim! Tim Reardon serves as Fleet Manager at iRent Solutions, bringing more than six years of experience in the equipment rental and construction industry. His background includes assembling wheel loaders at Caterpillar and managing automotive service teams, giving him a well-rounded foundation in operations, customer service, and technical expertise.
At iRent Solutions, Tim is dedicated to providing customers with reliable, high-quality equipment and building lasting relationships. He takes pride in ensuring every machine is clean, dependable, and ready to perform on-site.
A Clayton, NC native, Tim enjoys spending time outdoors—camping, fishing, and taking an annual trip to Ocracoke Island with his family. He also enjoys bowling, cornhole, and woodworking.
Brooke Langdon
AP/ AR Specialist
Meet Brooke Langdon, AP/AR Specialist. Brooke brings over a decade of experience in the equipment rental and construction world to her role as AP/AR Specialist at iRent Solutions. Before joining the team, she worked in accounting within the construction industry, building a strong foundation that she continues to grow here at iRent.
What Brooke enjoys most about her job is expanding her knowledge of heavy equipment and construction while being part of a reliable, close-knit team. Originally from Garner, NC, she loves spending her free time with family and friends, especially her two-year-old nephew. You can also find her golfing, relaxing at the beach, reading, or out exploring with her two dogs.
A fun fact about Brooke? She lived in Louisville, KY for six years and has been a bourbon connoisseur ever since.
Drew Davis
Director of Rental Growth and Business Development
Drew Davis serves as the Director of Rental Growth and Business Development at iRent Solutions, where he brings eight years of experience in the equipment rental and construction industry. His background includes over six years with Gregory Poole as a construction rental representative and a year as a ready-mix account manager with Concrete Supply, building a strong foundation in relationships, service, and industry expertise.
At iRent Solutions, Drew is passionate about connecting with both customers and teammates, valuing the relationships that drive the business forward. He takes pride in helping clients overcome challenges and equipping them with the tools and support needed to build their version of the American dream.
A Raleigh, NC native and former NC State football player, Drew is a proud dad to Shep, Grey, and Hayes. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, teaching his kids about faith, wildlife, and life lessons, and—thanks to his daughter—has even mastered a few braid styles along the way.
